I was on the server earlier when your friend was asking Googy to unban you.

A little google search of your steamid came up with  This

It shows that you were banned from another server for inappropriate language. The MAG server doesn't allow swearing, maybe you got banned for a similar reason and not for jumping/high ping as you say?

Have you actually tried to join the server ?  do you know if you are actually banned or not ?

Conan does not have the ability to perm ban so it must be someone else, also no-one bans for high ping the server would auto kick you

If it was Conan, it would be a temp ban.  You cant be banned for a high ping.
