by the way i do have about 6 css accounts so it wont be hard for me to get back on the server. i would just prefer to get this resolved.

You will find that in a previous thread. Hopefully that answers some of your questions. I'm sure the banning admin didn't appreciate the ridicule you displayed whilst they where trying to enforce server rules. After all, you couldn't have been making their job any easier so assuming that, that'd also explain why you where banned so swiftly.
They provide the server you play on, and as such, they can act on any bullshit snide comments you make as they see fit. This is all within reason of course, which is why most bans can be appealed against with a group decision being made on the justification of such bans by all MAG's, not just the admin banning you.
As for you comments about multiple accounts and evading present and future bannings, I'm sure a subnet ban of your IP, made available via you're recent forum posts, would easily rectify this situation you've brought to light. I'm sure the MAG's will also thank you kindly for bringing it to their attention.
People come and go, but this community has been going from strength to strength since its creation. Consider yourself a small blip in the large scale of this communities history. A few weeks from now and im sure you will probably be forgotten by most, with your player slot being occupied by more pleasant company.
And for a final question, How come you plan to resort to such measures to continue your playtime on a server operating rules you don't agree with? Surely you'd enjoy your time more by playing on a server more suited to your interests?
