At approximately 11:41 player [MC]MrBlack killed player Scibs89 outside of designated PVP zone.
At approximately 11:48 player [MC]MrBlack, along with [MC]MrGray and [MC]MrWhite, entered into a Raid Heli that belongs to player Scibs89. The helicopter was found later having been locked by player [MC]MrGray. It is presumed that one of these three players stole the key to Scibs89's heli and flew away with it. These player vs player interactions are prohibted outside of the designate PVP zone on Prison Island. As a result, I am issuing a permanent ban with option to appeal.
