I have checked the server ban list and I can't see your steam id on it.
Could you re-test tonight?


Also if not working, try ping the server ip. 109.70.148.38
Make sure its not a random networking issue of some kind.

The server did crash tonight, and was out of action while it was restarted. This was probably about the time you tried to connect

No I don't but your right it probably is something like that. When I was randomly kicked it said that I had been added to the banned list - so if you guys can't see me on the list maybe there is some setting that has banned me automatically - but I can't think of any changes I made to my computer/steam/css. I'll keep trying to connect.

EDIT - I don't know why but suddenly I could connect to the server. Thanks for your help

do u use hlsw and have u  been trying to connect through it.
if so it will ban ur ip and it will not show on the ban list ?

Thanks for looking into it. I still can't connect to the server after restarting steam etc. When I look at my friends playing on the server "View Server Info" it shows "Server is not responding" and when I try to connect using the console it fails to connect after 4 attempts.

I do not believe it is an issue on my end because I can access all other servers fine. But your server seems to no longer want to show me that it exists at all! Its a shame because its a great server and I was enjoying playing it.

Andy, you don't show up in our ban lists. Try connecting again and see if you still can't join. We have a system in place that bans people for an hour if they change names more than three times in a row to stop name hackers from dominating the server.

Earlier on tonight when very few players were on the server I was added to the banned list and kicked from the server. I did not do anything wrong. Could I please be unbanned, or at the very least be told why I was banned? - as far as I am concerned it just happened randomly and for no reason.
