First you say it was an accident that you hit the bind key (despite aparently doing it previously according to the chat logs), now its turned into, "I was talking to a friend", nevertheless, that sort of language is not tolerated on here at any time, 3pm or 3am, rules are rules and they will be enforced as such.
As for your comment about bed times I would assume being something related age and maturity, I have shown maturity to be allowed into MAG, you have shown a lack of it to get banned, and with your constant spamming of this thread only further reduces your chances of being let back on.
So we come to a fork in the road with two possible routes to go down, you can either ask for forgiveness, apologise, and ask for the ban to be reduced (which may still happen). The other route is to carry on the way you have started and the ban will not be lifted and you will not be allowed to play on the server again.
The choice is completely up to you, so before you post again, think very carefully about which route you want to go down as your next post will probably decide your fate.
