Now this is a strange one and I will unban if he cares enough to come on here and explain himself and the rest of the mags agree.

I joined the server this morning, defused a bomb and had this guy moaning that I stole his defuse (thought it was  teamgame but hey).

He then started saying over the mic how he want to be number one, ours is the only server he has played on and that its his first day playing.  Lots of typical essex (sorry Mav) bs spouted. 

I checked his stats and he has played for the last three days on here, I asked him and he said no only yesterday.  Admin knows all so he was lying again. 

On the offchance I decided to google his steam id (he was annoying me, what can I say?), found that he had been banned on 1st April from Fang Gaming Community:

I told him this and he said "show me", I showed him, he joined spec to go and look, then left the server.

So, banned for......

Blatant lying to admin
Being banned elsewhere
spouting Essex sh1te over the mic.

Unfair banning?  You decide.....

Sounds like he banned himself. But i do agree that everyone should be given the chance to state there case.  :o

Looks like he got banned for having a "dirtyscan" off of IRC. That means there are cheats on his computer.

I was playing with this guy until the early hours of the morning (last night) and he was very... lets say... 'gobby' and how he'd only be playing for 1 day but his score told otherwise  ::)

First thing is im no hacker Dirty scan was run through my ip on my brothers computer,
So im no hacker... (Just a descent player)
Im not gobby just confident... (all Essex lads are)
Not a lyer... (as a day has 24 hours in it)
So i felt i was banned unfairly.

Just thought id make a point in saying that.

Do you know how an IRC scan works?
Before you say anything like that.

-You get an IRC scan (Custom ones are rubbish lol xD)
-Get sent the infomation
-Accept the scan
-Then you either get Dirty/Clean scan (My brother on his PC got found hacks for cs 1.5)
-Then it bans your IP (Got nothing to do with STEAM_ID or the Computer)
-Anyone who plays on my IP in my house will be called a hacker.
-So im no Lyer or Hacker.

Ps. Don't know if any of you played 1.5 but its oldskool and once you have a DIRTY IP then every scan will come up as dirty.

I posted this ban to see what our regs thought, the consensus is that you are not the type of player that we want to encourage on our server.  We dont like people mouthing off over the mic (confidence you call it),and no, not all essex lads are like that. we have some in our clan.

No sign of an apology or a "Ill tone it down a bit in future", so the ban stays.

Good luck in your search for another server, there are plenty to choose from.

I don't think the MAG lads pay good money for their server just to get abuse from little cretins with delusions of grandeur.

The reason why their server is so well maintained and likable is because they keep mouthy people like Phame away.  Well done again.
