I'm just after clarification.

I've been told that it is not allowed due to impeding other players. I've been told it is a cheat and exploit and allows you to gain an advantage over others.

Is this such a massive issue that it warrants a ban once the round has ended? - I guess so and fair enough.

How long is the ban?

Was this during a live round or after the round had ended? Was I having a negative effect on the gameplay? Was I disrupting the server?

Also, how long is the ban?

that is just taking the piss. banned for bunnyhopping having been warned/banned last night then even had a whole discussion on it today via the forum.

i just specced you bunnyhopping on cpl_mill... argue it with whoever but you have blatantly ignored the rules. i cannot be arsed with any more comment.
