My question to that would be..

1.If that was the case why are you not playing on that account?
2.Why do you need more than one account?

I believe you were warned a number of times to moderate behaviour, you then received a 3 day ban.... you then managed to get yourself banned permanently. I doubt very much you will find any MAG who would be willing to rescind the ban, I for one am not.
