Title: Mr. Ruan banned for KOS

Requested Ban actioned by Ziggy on my behalf:

Mr. Ruan KOS'd RoBsi in hospital in Electro. I brought him to prison, asked him if he had a Mic, he replied with mocking gibberish, then he took out his SCAR and tried to shoot me, at which point i shot him.
