Constant abuse and attacking Muad on server then spilled over onto Discord and then started to attack me.
I kicked and warned made no difference.
Banned from Dayz and Discord.

I'd like to ask for the removal of this ban. As you know, I know K.H personally (for some twenty years) and his errant behavior at the time of the incident was due to unresolved IRL issues, with which we have since dealt. While he's never the easiest to get along with, I'm sure his behavior on the server would, from now on, be quite reasonable.

Well, basically Muad'Dib and Kwisatz Haderach are the same person. As is Paul Atreides. They are all also nice and good people :)
I will be nice if you take the ban away.

My thoughts exactly... Banned then appeals in the third person. Sounds odd to me.

I never asked for any admin attention to his shit-talk. I understand that annoyed other players too, and remember them telling him about it, but I do not agree with using his "attack and abuse" of me as grounds for a ban. Whatever he said to grim (in an apparent "attack") is another matter entirely and none of my business

Look. I do not know what you mean by "third chance". It was a single incident and to be fair the original description is not exactly accurate. I did not say anything mean to you as far as I recall. I asked did I got kicked (because I did not get a message in the game) and then said something about the behavior of Muad and asked if that then is ok and what are you gonna do about it. Which I think was inappropriate. What I recall asking was something like "is it ok to point people with guns and pull the trigger when they have no ammo cuz that was Muad does when he is drunk".
After that, I did not say anything and went away from my computer and when I got back I noticed I had been kicked. Also, I did not say anything about Muad any more in the DayZ chat after I was presumably kicked from there.
I understand the ban. However, what I fail to understand is the length of the ban. Dude who sexually harasses multiple people circumvents their initial ban and then does antisemitic remarks gets 30days. https://middleagedgamers.gamingdeluxe.net/forum/index.php?topic=15313.0
Muad is my friend and we had an IRL argument and basically, as far as I am concerned, it did not really involve outside parties. Except that they saw the messages. So personally I think the indefinite ban was overly harsh considering the circumstances and the fact I did not bash anybody else, sexually harrassed anyone, nor circumvented the ban or anything like that.
