hi guys, im hoping someone there can help me?

last sunday my daughter jumped on my laptop whilst i was upstairs, i come down and she has done something to get me banned.

i recently found your server and its one of the few i enjoy, id really appreciate if you could unban me. trust me she aint gettin on this again!!
