Aye.  The ban wouldn't have been permanent but I was just sick of him hanging around the traders winding people up until he got a reaction.  Or bants as he called it.

Watched as these players were base raiding,  one on lookout, and one being used as a platform for another to jump into the base.  When approached, the only response I got from GROOT was that his mic was bugged and he couldn't jump in as he had a broken leg. Which I saw him get from falling while trying to jump into said base.  MRSGOOT did not respond and TheGrazo just kept running.
Bans are permanent.
