Title: Wavesful - BANNED: Trolling Chat and being Toxic Perm

Perm ban but not sure if there is any point.

Wavesful was trolling and being toxic. Looked into the log and there is a lot of chatter from him between 8/28/2021, 12:20:26 & 8/28/2021, 21:05:08.
User has over a dozen potential alternate accounts, all of which appear to be bogus in nature.
