Title: Rom 7day ban for stealing car and lying about it

Rom took unlocked (owner was scolded for that) Gunter from GMT. Lied about it being empty. Owner could describe cargo in detail.

7day ban, no appeal.

Also banned him from Discord since he wouldn't stop arguing.
